EPDM Steam Hose | ZJHose

ZJHose’s EPDM Steam Tubing is purpose-built for the efficient transfer of steam in product processing and equipment cleaning applications. Our heavy-duty high-pressure steam hose features a precision-engineered EPDM tube reinforced with durable steel wire braiding, designed to deliver exceptional performance with a 10:1 safety factor for critical operations.

Crafted for reliability, the EPDM outer cover shields against external damage, resists high internal pressure, and effectively dissipates static charges. This premium hose is rated to handle up to 250 psi working pressure and is specifically constructed to withstand both saturated and superheated steam conditions.

Reinforcement: High tensile wire braid
Cover: Red or blue, pin-pricked smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM
Temperature Range: -30°C to +230°C (-22°F to +446°F)
