Premium Composite Hose
Engineered to handle hydrocarbons, chemicals, and cryogenic fluids, ZJhose Composite Hose Pipe features multiple tight-wound layers that create a complex fluid path for maximum safety. Our proprietary manufacturing process guarantees consistent wire gauge and pitch, ensuring the hose never kinks and remains easy to handle daily, while offering exceptional service life and performance.
All our mandrel-built composite hoses use multi-layer wraps of polar and non-polar thermoplastic films to contain fluids and vapors within the wall. The advanced barrier layer in standard oil and chemical hoses effectively prevents permeation of polar fluids (e.g., methanol) and non-polar liquids (e.g., gasoline).
Reinforced with bulk woven fabrics, the hose wall shields internal films from mechanical damage. This delivers a highly flexible hose with a rugged structure and heavy-duty outer layers that resist ozone, UV, oil, and chemical degradation—without compromising strength, flexibility, or long-term durability.
