Engineered with a proprietary 3-ply nitrile rubber construction, our layflat hose combines extrusion and double-vulcanization for a compact, resilient wall. Reinforced with 100% high-strength polyester fiber, it delivers exceptional tensile strength and shape retention, resisting elongation while maintaining flexibility.

The tightly woven polyester core ensures extended wear life and superior puncture resistance. The nitrile rubber inner tube offers broad chemical and oil resistance, while the TPR outer cover provides rugged wear protection—perfect for heavy-duty ground dragging applications.
