SAE 100 R13 steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose is suitable for petroleum based hydraulic oils. While it mainly works at high pressure conditions. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube absorbs black and oil resistant synthetic rubber.

Tube: Black and oil resistant synthetic nitrile rubber

Reinforcement: 4 layers (3/4,1″); 6 layers (1-1/4,1-1/2, 2″) steel wire spiral

Cover: Black and oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber

Surface: wrapped surface

Temperature: -40℃ to +121℃ (-40℉ to +250℉)

Thus it can convey petroleum based hydraulic oils. The reinforce is multiple layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wire. Thus the hose can bear extremely high pressure. Besides, the steel wire spiraled hose can bear higher working pressure than steel wire reinforced hose. Therefore, the hose works well in very high pressure environment. While the cover is high quality black synthetic rubber. Thus it is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cut, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight.
