Product Structure & Performance
The SAE 100 R1 hose is expertly constructed from three high-performance layers, ensuring durability and longevity in demanding conditions:
- Tube: Formulated with oil-resistant NBR rubber, it excels at transferring hydraulic oils and fluids, maintaining structural integrity and preventing fluid absorption.
- Reinforcement: A single layer of high-tensile braided steel wire provides exceptional pressure resistance, enabling the hose to withstand higher working pressures than standard rubber hoses.
- Cover: Crafted from premium synthetic rubber, the outer cover offers comprehensive protection against abrasion, corrosion, weathering, ozone damage, UV radiation, and cutting—extending the hose’s service life significantly.
