Tube: Black and oil resistant synthetic nitrile rubber

Reinforcement: 4 layers (3/8-1″), 6 layers (1-1/4,1-1/2) steel wire spiral

Cover: Black and oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber

Surface: wrapped surface

Temperature: -40℃ to +100℃ (-40℉ to +212℉)

SAE 100 R15 hydraulic hose is composed of three components: inner tube, reinforcement layer and outer cover.

The inner tube is made of black, oil-resistant synthetic rubber, making it highly suitable for conveying petroleum-based hydraulic fluids.

The reinforcement layer adopts multi-layers of high-tensile, high-strength spiraled steel wires, enabling the hose to withstand extremely high working pressure.

The outer cover is constructed from premium synthetic rubber, providing excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, weathering, ozone, aging and cutting damage.
